She has been a counseling consultant for the North American Mission Board, Send Network, Northwest Baptist Convention, Puget Sound Baptist Association, Union Baptist Association, and the Texas Baptists as well as many individual churches of varying denominations. She has extensive experience working with church leaders navigating the difficulties of ministry life and those who have experienced hurt in the church. She is licensed in Texas and Washington and owns a fully telehealth private practice, Water’s Edge Christian Counseling.
